Now that can be a tricky Question!
To put it simply, it varies from Patient to Patient.
Depending on the severity of your condition 4 - 6 sessions is about the standard protocol to accomplish the goal of reducing or eliminating the problem while others may need more or even less.
It is important to understand that we are attempting to change the body and time is needed to have an affect with lasting results.
Treatment should be done weekly or twice a week for more severe problems. The more consistent the treatments, the faster and better the results.
Treatment Plans consist of a number of sessions required to change the body's various "dysfunctions". Generally, 3 - 4 Sessions are needed to "Stabilize an issue". 4-6 Sessions generally eradicate or greatly minimize it to which we would then move to the Assessment stage.
When we reach the "Assessment stage", we will discuss your progress and your desire to continue, as well as your longer-range goals.
Most people get enough relief from the first few sessions that they don't need to come back unless they reinjure or "over do it" soon after they start getting better.
*Please know that we intend to improve your situation as quickly as possible and would not treat anyone unless we thought we could help.
In very severe cases, issues that seem "hopeless", can take a turn for the better! Give TCM a chance to help rather than "giving up" just because others were unable.
It might just surprise you!
Traditional Chinese Medicine states that there are 3 stages of treatments:
1. Health Recovery
Going from sick to well or injured to restored
2. Strengthing
Improving overall energy production making the body and its various organs to work properly.
3. Emergency
Accidents and Serious illnesses
(typically life-threatening or debilitating)
Whatever stage you fall into we are ready to treat you!

The rapid growth rate in the herbal industry presents many practitioners with the complex and confusing task of identifying and selecting high-quality products. While there are reputable companies providing quality herbs, there are also unethical manufacturers selling substandard products that generate negative press for the whole profession. Although many herbal products on the market share the same traditional name and similar ingredients, the potency and purity of products can vary drastically between companies. The therapeutic efficacy of an herbal product can only be guaranteed with tests to verify authenticity, potency, purity, and safety.
